Alan Gibson has been a professional artist for over 35 years. Starting out as an apprentice in his mothers production clay studio he soon developed a keen interest in abstract art forms.
The formative years were spent under the instruction of his mother Barbara (MFA in Ceramics/University of Michigan) and was indespensible in acquiring the technical expertise required to work with clay on a large scale.
Alans wife, Lori, is involved with the clients custom art piece. Her opinion is highly valued and few pieces leave the shop without her approval.
